POSITION: Transfer Agency – Junior Role

CORPORATE TITLE: Analyst

DEPARTMENT: Operations

LOCATION: Ireland (Dublin)

The Analyst must ensure adherence to Internal Transfer Agency procedures in addition to both internal and jurisdictional regulatory requirements at all times.

 

Responsibilities

  • Interact with the Transfer Agency Teams in Dublin and other locations
  • Review, understand and have the ability to discuss Know Your Customer (KYC)  requirements per different investor types
  • Review, understand and have the ability to discuss FATCA and CRS requirements
  • Investigate investor/investment manager KYC queries
  • Provide periodic reports and feedback to senior management locally and in Dublin
  • Adhere to Anti Money Laundering policies and procedures in line with local regulations and internal group policy
  • Request and process investor KYC documentation
  • Complete Fund Board Reports with respect to AML
  • Perform daily screening tasks and investigate potential matches
  • Set-up and tracking of investor static data on the Transfer Agency system (including attaching all relevant KYC documentation to the investor file)

 Applicants should possess (as a minimum):

  • 1 year of proven experience in an AML/Transfer Agency for alternative funds
  • Knowledge of Transfer Agency systems, preferably ManTra or NTAS
  • Flexibility
  • Up to date AML/KYC knowledge
  • Knowledge of FATCA and CRS
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work with all levels within the organisation
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and varied decision-making scenarios
  • A detailed understanding of different investor types and the fund administration business.
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines
