Excellent opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join an international Medical Devices company in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate will have extensive Cardiovascular sales experience in Medical Devices and experience managing a sales force previously.

The leadership of the Sales Process in the Territory of Madrid, Spain
Building and Management of highly effective Sales Agents structure
Establishing excellent relationships with key physicians
Effective management of Territory budget
Works with both the clinical and administrative departments of the hospital.
Assists in implant and conduct follow-up visits when necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree in engineering ideal
10 years of experience in the cardiac device business preferred.
Working knowledge of the financial aspects of structuring an agreement.
Ability to provide technical support to implantation and follow-up visits.
Fluent English and Spanish required
