An exciting opportunity for a Tender Manager to join a global Diagnostics company to be based anywhere in France. The Tender Manager will be responsible for French Tender Activities.
Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available on request):
Research and identify public tenders of interest accordingly to French strategy and portfolio.
Research and find tenders/offers for private labs or private hospitals.
Manage public tenders taking over process “Avenant de transfert”.
Feel comfortable with tender software tool: WANAO or equivalent.
Manage dematerialized tender (DUME).
Set up and maintaining up-to-date internal files including ongoing tenders terms, past tenders, adjudications, deadlines.
Maintain all administrative documentation required for public tender application.
Lead the preparation of a tender together with sales team.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
Primary degree in BA or Masters in Law studies is preferred.
French Public tender management 3 years’ experience required, in the IVD area preferred.
Fluency in both English & French is required
Ability to work autonomously and remotely
