Currently looking for a legal secretary to join a leading practice in Limerick City.
This is an immediate requirement.
- Preparing correspondence and documents from digital dictation.
- Creating, amending and formatting legal documents and templates.
- File management including electronic filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving.
- Diary management and secretarial support.
- Digital dictation
- Maintain and support client relationships
- File maintenance
- General administration duties
- Legal secretary experience.
- Accurate Dictaphone typing skills (Min 60wpm).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with case management systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
