Tax Senior

A well-established accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join its growing tax team in County Meath or County Cavan. Working closely with the Tax Partner, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of tax consultancy and compliance work while developing your expertise across all areas of taxation.

It is a full time, permanent role that will suit and ambitious and driven accountant that has 2+ year experince working in a busy tax department. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review personal, corporate and partnership tax returns.
• Provide tax compliance and advisory support to a varied client portfolio.
• Conduct tax research and assist with tax planning assignments.
• Review tax queries and draft responses to Revenue correspondence.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Full tax qualification or currently completing final tax exams.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy tax environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish tax legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
