Talent Acquisition Specialist with an IT Company based in South Dublin. This person will source and hire the best for an exciting and continuing expansion.
Overview of responsibilities:
Develop talent sourcing methodologies.
Promote the Organisation as an employer of choice through a variety of techniques including social media.
Develop key relationships with candidate community and hiring managers.
Generate direct candidates from a variety of sources.
Support the coordination and scheduling of interviews for potential candidates.
Improve time to hire and ensure that the hiring process is consistent.
What does the ideal candidate look like?
2 years + Recruitment Experience- Agency or Inhouse.
Must be strong at building talent pipelines, assessing candidates’ suitability to new positions as well as working closely with hiring managers and utilizing social media to endorse opportunities.
