Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a hybrid basis in Galway.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment projects, develop talent pipelines, and work with business leaders and HR team to create an effective and quality-oriented recruitment strategy to attract talent. Lead and develop the recruitment strategy, for specialist & middle management manufacturing job openings, build talent pools for functional critical capabilities at a country level, and be the point of contact for your site.
Manage relationships with agencies and other vendors, supporting TA strategy at country level.
Be part of a Global Talent Acquisition Team with whom you will exchange and collaborate for building and sharing best practices, designing, and implementing tools to help attract and select the best candidates.
Develop ongoing professional relationships with leaders and managers across functional client groups, at country level.
Requirements:
You will be eligible for the role if you have;
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
5+ years of end-to-end recruitment & sourcing experience
A proven track record of identifying candidates through social networks
Recruitment experience within pharma/life sciences manufacturing
Experience in influencing decisions and managing stakeholders expectations through usage of data and insights.
Knowledge and experience in direct sourcing.
