T&E Analyst

Excellent opportunity for a T&E Analyst to join our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company with a Shared Services Centre in Cherrywood Business Park.

Key Responsibilities:     

  • Point of contact for outsourced T&E service team and second level escalations

  • First point of contact for troubleshooting issues in relation to T&E

  • Work with outsourced teams to resolve issues, including control issues and ensure the processes run smoothly

  • Support in resolution of Idoc failures and payment errors

  • Monitor regular internal reports & controls to ensure compliance to all agreed KPI’s & SLA’s

  • Perform and analyze regular T&E related reconciliations and collaborate with other departments to resolve variances

  • Work with local markets to ensure issues are being dealt with promptly and correctly

  • Ensure DTPs are maintained and checked regularly

  • Keep management informed of any issues and escalate where required

  • Preparation of the T&E Dashboards and reports

  • Other ad hoc duties - full spec can be delivered upon request

Requirements -

  • 1-2 plus years of T&E, AP, or accounting experience

  • Credit Card Management experience

  • Prior recent experience working in a SSO environment preferred

  • Experience with 3rd party outsource providers preferred

  • Strong financial and analytical background

  • OneConcur / SAP desirable

  • Other non-SAP Platform/ERP experience a plus

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting Tools

Job terms -

  • Initial 12-18 month maternity contract - possibility of extension / permanency upon review

  • Monday - Friday (flexible working hours)

  • After probation, 1 day working from home available
