Our client, who specialises in life-changing products, is recruiting Supply Chain Planners to join their state-of-the-art facility in Sligo. This role is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Planner, your responsibilities will include:
- Open, maintain and release process orders.
- Generating purchase requisitions as necessary and ensuring the material is released within the agreed timescale.
- Change and update existing BOM to ensure accurate and timely customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions, quantities, and due dates.
- Prepare documentation for the disposal of all obsolete or rejected materials in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and Control inventories of Bulk suppliers W.I.P and finished products ensuring achievement of plant inventory level goals.
- Contingency planning when having technical or supply issues.
- Execute the production schedule by ensuring Process Orders are available, Batch Determinations are completed, and material availability and technical issues are resolved.
- Create and maintain the ERP data in accordance with company policy and procedures. Track router accuracy, lead times, and yields.
- Track dating guarantees, incoming batch sizes, and dating guarantees.
- Issue production monitoring reports such as pipeline analysis, critical elevation forms, and others as required.

Requirements
As a Supply Chain Planner, you are required to have:
- A relevant qualification.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
