Our client, a leading multinational in Sligo, is currently recruiting a Supply Chain Planner on an initial 12 month contract.

Major Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Supply Planning of a defined product group to assure the availability of the products in the right quality, sufficient quantity at the required time and required place for the global TPM operation.

Support the Global Affiliates with available information, reservations and special requests when required.

Support Global TPM financial exercise for Plan & Update cycles for your product group at required due date. Provide TPM Supply Plan to the various TPM manufacturing sites

Set allocations, assignments, reservations according to requirements

Solicit & consolidate TPM demand forecasts for your new & conversion products with a view to ensure product availability and to minimize distressed.

Establish & carry out monthly/weekly reports & required TPM KPI´s
System and process improvements identified and completed when required.

Establishment of ISO documents

Appropriate qualification in either Product Planning / Production Planning / Purchasing
University Degree, preferably in Business Administration / Logistics / IT / another economical education with min.2-3 years of work experience.

A high level of expertise is required in solving logistics, expediting and purchasing problems

Good communication skills with all levels of management within the organization.

Strong analytical skills

Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel & sound knowledge of other standard office software
