Currently recruiting for a Site Contract Manager on behalf of our client, based in a Healthcare Facility. This is a Permanent contract, day shift position based in Ballinasloe, Galway.

Responsibilities

As a Site Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure that the contracted operational service delivery, audit readiness and compliance is managed and delivered for the Client
  • Manage, motivate and lead a large cleaning team
  • Arrange training, rotas, payroll and holiday requests
  • Maintain a high level of communication with your team and the client daily, including attending meetings etc
  • Manage the contract budget
  • Manage all vendors PPM schedules and PO requests for Subcontractors
  • Inspect and examine all tasks provided to the client
  • Oversee all industrial work carried on the site
  • Place orders and sourcing materials for the client
  • Providing quotations for any additional works requested by client
  • Auditing and reporting on weekly and monthly basis
  • EHS minded

Requirements

  • Cleaning management experience essential
  • GMP environment/site preferable but training will be provided
  • Manual Handling
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven people management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Experience in a customer focused service
