Our client is currently hiring a Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair filtration, drying, and separation equipment across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Role
- Install, test, and commission equipment
- Carry out maintenance, overhauls, and fault-finding
- Perform Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and upgrades
- Produce service reports, risk assessments, and documentation
- Support customers with technical issues, service, and spares
- Build customer relationships and support service growth
- Coordinate with internal teams and deliver customer training
- Delivering customer training when required
Profile
- Mechanical Fitter or similar technical qualification
- Experience with seals, gearboxes, agitators, and drive systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
- Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Desirable:
- Experience in chemical or pharmaceutical environments
