As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial coffee machines. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with mechanical and/or electrical aptitude who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with customers.
Full training will be provided, and you will work under the guidance of a Technical Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain coffee machines at customer sites
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Support the wider technical team as required
Skills & Experience
- Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude (qualification or hands-on experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise
- Fluent English (essential)
- Full clean driving licence (essential)
Working Hours & Benefits
- Full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday schedule
- On-call rota: 1 weekend in 3 (after training)
- €500 per quarter on-call allowance
- 1.5x hourly rate for call-outs
- Performance-related bonus
