My client have a new opening for a Senior SAP SD Analyst Hybrid The Senior Analyst would be responsible for assisting in supporting ECC and related Commercial ERP Applications. This position is a permanent opportunity and can be a Hybrid based role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and delivers requirements and scope documents, business process design and configuration.
  • Work on new implementations and other big and small projects to design and build business processes as they relate to OTC modules
  • Support end users to ensure proper system usage and understanding
  • Manage day-to-day support of business including ticket and issue resolution and process enhancements
  • Strong configuration skills in SD & LE (Order Entry, Pricing, Order Consolidation, Deliveries, ATP, Master Data, Partner Determination, Output Determination, Billing)
  • Solution design in Vistex, Service Management including FSM and other before and After Market processes like CRM, ARM (Advanced Returns) etc.
  • Works with other SAP teams to implement system enhancements and interfaces
  • Deliver relevant documentation including Functional Specs, Test Scripts etc.
  • Works closely with other IT personnel and vendors to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
  • Develops and delivers User training with required documentation of Training scripts and Business Process Procedures

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems or a combination of education and experience with SAP ECC may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of SAP ECC functional experience, with at least 3 full cycle implementations
  • In depth knowledge of SAP Pricing & Contracts Service Management with FSM
  • Knowledge in CRM and Retuns process including ARM
  • Strong cross functional SAP knowledge in MM and FI processes
  • Knowledge of Cross Company Sales, Consignment process as well as EDI with 3PLs would be an advantage
  • SAP Certification would be a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills for developing creative solutions that meets project objectives are desirable
