Great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a growing M&E team within an expanding engineering business.
This role offers involvement across:
- Mechanical systems design
- Project delivery
- Site/construction support
- Cross-discipline coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Design HVAC and mechanical building systems
- Produce calculations, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation
- Prepare/review drawings in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)
- Coordinate with electrical engineers, architects, and contractors
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-stage issues
- Support tendering, commissioning, handover, and design reviews
- Maintain project documentation to ISO standards
Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in building services engineering
- Strong HVAC/mechanical design background
- Experience with Revit/BIM and AutoCAD
- Comfortable managing projects independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
