Senior Marketing Manager
An experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our leadership team and play a fundamental role in the next phase of our growth. Our client provides a cloud based solution for its customer and is a the global leader in its field. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager or director to use what they have learned to help us grow our business in Europe and around the world. We are looking for a senior manager to be responsible for:
Global Account Based Marketing
Head of Marketing Europe
Duties and Responsibilities
Account Based Marketing:
Expand existing ABM plan from 5 to 20 key accounts
Recruit and mentor ABM team across multiple departments
Work closely with sales teams in Ireland and North America
Develop marketing strategy for company expansion
Recruit marketing team to support Europe
Work closely with colleagues in North America
Coordinate Strategic Enterprise Marketing
Manage database building for global clients
Client-side internal communications plan, ie; Onboarding, Webinars, Graphics
Customer specific marketing
Targeted Linked-In ads
Customer landing pages
Email marketing rollout
Build awareness of our brand and our product offering across new sites of existing clients.
Prepare a communications plan to enterprise clients, working with sales and customer success departments to ensure delivery of those communications.
Create and manage all aspects of targeted advertising campaigns via LinkedIn and Google Ads, including management of advertising budget and successfully driving new leads.
Identify new potential customers within sweetspot target markets and develop marketing campaigns to promote SafePermit to people within those identified companies.
Work with the marketing team to produce engaging content in the form of blogs, webinars, case studies, panel events, video testimonials and infographics.
Ensure webinars are coordinated to include the Europe team and products.
Engage with subject matter experts and key influencers on the creation of whitepapers.
Track marketing activity, analyse metrics and look for trends and ways to improve marketing campaigns.
Communicate our product in the right way, focusing on key functionality, product benefits, and the problems that the product helps to solve. Ensure this is communicated correctly and consistently across all channels, including on our website, in sales material and by direct marketing.
Work closely with our sales team, provide support in any way to help in the sales process.
Create engaging communications and news stories, work with PR agency as required, and liaise with media outlets to extend the reach of our communications.
Maximise our social media presence and network. We currently use LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube. Ensure that we are posting on a regular basis with engaging content and constantly growing our following.
Develop our existing lead generation processes for both new and existing customers and look for new and creative ways to engage with our market to grow leads for our sales team.
Identify events that we should be attending or exhibiting at and maximise our presence at these events by ensuring our stand is on point and that our sales team are fully equipped with everything they need including marketing collateral, uniforms, content.
10 years experience in similar industry across marketing.
4 years at senior level within a SaaS organisation
