Role Overview: As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the seamless integration within the production support team. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality results in line with the business plan, championing compliance, and driving continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a dedicated team of engineers and technicians.

  2. Develop and implement training and development plans.

  3. Set and achieve engineering goals and objectives aligned with business plans.

  4. Identify and implement technical and system solutions.

  5. Consistently meet customer requirements and deadlines.

  6. Promote systematic problem-solving approaches.

  7. Drive improvements in service, delivery, quality, and cost.

  8. Oversee and manage New Part Introduction and validation activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (Level 8) or equivalent.

  2. Minimum of five years of relevant engineering experience.

  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  4. Experience in people management and continuous improvement.

  5. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving methodologies.

  6. Advantageous qualifications in People Management, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
