Our client, a leading global innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of tools, equipment, and diagnostics is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis due to an internal promotion. In this role, you will work with the Senior Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the Cork office. Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong employee relations skills
  • Keep up to date with current and impending employment legislation 
  • Liaise with the management team on employment law issues
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and co-ordinate full recruitment process
  • Meet with new employees for general induction programme and ensure completion
  • Track and Identify training requirements for all employees through annual reviews
  • Collate the performance review process
  • Ensure completion of probation review meetings with new starters
  • Maintain clock card system
  • Facilitate GPTW meetings and attend other meetings where necessary 
  • Liaise with Payroll Manager to ensure smooth and effective processing of payroll for the site
  • Administer and maintain the Health Insurance Group Scheme
  • Process incoming invoices and respond to accounts queries 

What the ideal candidate looks like:

  • CIPD accreditation along with a relevant Degree
  • 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate using Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated/ ability to work on own initiative
  • Confidentiality & discretion
