Reporting to the Director the Senior Data Analyst will join an expanding team in Athlone.

You will have the responsibility for delivering reporting & analytics to support our strategic team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Key member of our strategic team with specific responsibility for non-financial Reporting & Related Data Analytics incl. Headcount reporting, Quality metrics reporting and Service metrics reporting.
  • Responsible for the development and deployment of sustainable reporting and analytics processes, incl.related presentation formats and dashboards.
  • Preparation of presentations material for the Strategic Leadership Team.
  • Being a Key Business Partner to Strategic Manufacturing Leadership Team in all aspects of reporting & related analytics.
  • Employ business analysis techniques to identify process improvement areas.
  • Monitoring and supporting data quality and control.
  • Manage effective communication and business relationship with other functions as necessary vital to the success of this role.
  • Adhere to and ensure the compliance of our Code of Ethics, all company policies, rules and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable safety standards and other regulations.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Education/ Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years analytics experience.
  • A Degree in IT or Engineering or Finance, Business related field is a minimum requirement.
  • Experience in a matrix organization and virtual teams.
  • Must be fluent in English (Native or bilingual proficiency).

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Business or Finance related degree.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with particular emphasis on excel knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively towards strict deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
  • Ability to work in a fast changing multinational environment.
