Office Coordinator – Kildare

My client is a leading industrial distributor supplying over 35,000 products to customers nationwide. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator with excellent customer service skills to join their busy team in Kildare.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop good business relationships with new and existing customers
  • Deliver first class customer service at all times
  • Deal with customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Increase business by maximising sales & up-selling to each customer
  • Inform customers on the technical benefits of our products
  • Work with SAP and other software systems
  • Prepare detailed excel based reports

 

Skills and Experience 

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities
  • Confidence to discuss the benefits and features of our products
  • Good communication, organisational and administration skills
  • Flexible and Pro-active attitude
  • Ability to embrace new ideas / initiatives when they arise
  • Technical background or qualification is a distinct advantage
  • Experience of SAP or similar system
  • Strong background in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
