Senior Administrator

We are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a global organization in a busy EMEA shared service centre. This role will involve supporting a number of functions in the business and will require someone who has strong organization skills. It is a 12 month contract, based in Dublin West.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating vendor set up
  • Creating and tracking purchase orders
  • Managing multiple departmental payments
  • Logging invoices and matching to POs accordingly
  • General filing and paperwork
  • Data entry
  • Assist with updating KPI graphs as required
  • Supporting the submission of scientific content
  • Supporting Ad hoc departmental projects

Requirements:

  • A third level qualification in business, science or IT
  • Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications such as Word, Excel, Smart Sheet and PowerPoint
  • Experience with IQUVIA and/or Oracle an advantage
  • Analytical reporting experience an advantage
  • Demonstrable experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
  • Organisation/Coordination skills
  • Experience in the use of CRM systems desirable
