Exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator/project coordinator to work closely with the CEO of this Irish owned healthcare provider.
Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent experience working in a busy demanding office environment. This role will be varied and require excellent multi-tasking skills.
This is more than just a support role, it’s an opportunity to take ownership of the position, be pro-active and make a difference.
This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing a comprehensive support service to the CEO while working under their own initiative.
Manage and maintain the administration systems/Filing system.
Organize and schedule meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.
Create and prepare materials/presentations for meetings & tenders /SLA’s.
Attend meetings with CEO, conduct research and prepare agendas.
Prepare and co-ordinate reports.
Manage and co-ordinate a variety of projects.
Work closely with senior management team.
Assist CEO in management of regional staff and team projects.
Proven experience as a administrator/project co-ordinator.
High degree of attention to detail.
Willing to accept degree of responsibility and autonomy.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
Ability to take ownership of role and be pro-active.
Strong interpersonal & Communication skills with excellent English and writing skills.
Needs to be professional, a self-starter and with a desire to take ownership and responsibility for a multitude of tasks.
Excellent IT Skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power point, Access.
