Our client is an independent commercial business based in North-West County Cork that is on the lookout for a Sales Representative. This is a full-time, permanent role and will ideally suit someone who enjoys selling, is achievement orientated, and thrives on a challenge.
Engage with customers in the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Respond promptly to phone inquiries, ensuring every customer feels valued and their needs are addressed in a timely manner.
Operate the CRM system to efficiently manage customer contacts.
Gather comprehensive customer details and qualify their needs to ensure a seamless sales process from inquiry to delivery.
Collaborate with the Finance team, referring all sales to ensure a smooth transition and customer satisfaction.
Take ownership of paperwork completion and ensure a hassle-free transfer of vehicle ownership, including the necessary checklists for handover and GDPR compliance.
Provide excellent post-sales support by addressing minor queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a visually appealing showroom environment by organizing and restocking the point-of-sale merchandise, including promotional displays, flags, stickers, brochures, and more.
Be aware of set targets and commit to attaining these.
Other duties may be assigned from time to time by the Sales Manager.
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, with a track record of achieving targets and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in paperwork completion and adherence to processes.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving success.
Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
