Our client is an independent commercial business based in North-West County Cork that is on the lookout for a Sales Representative. This is a full-time, permanent role and will ideally suit someone who enjoys selling, is achievement orientated, and thrives on a challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Respond promptly to phone inquiries, ensuring every customer feels valued and their needs are addressed in a timely manner.

  • Operate the CRM system to efficiently manage customer contacts.

  • Gather comprehensive customer details and qualify their needs to ensure a seamless sales process from inquiry to delivery.

  • Collaborate with the Finance team, referring all sales to ensure a smooth transition and customer satisfaction.

  • Take ownership of paperwork completion and ensure a hassle-free transfer of vehicle ownership, including the necessary checklists for handover and GDPR compliance.

  • Provide excellent post-sales support by addressing minor queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a visually appealing showroom environment by organizing and restocking the point-of-sale merchandise, including promotional displays, flags, stickers, brochures, and more.

  • Be aware of set targets and commit to attaining these.

  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time by the Sales Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, with a track record of achieving targets and providing exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.

  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in paperwork completion and adherence to processes.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving success.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
