The Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors, this will include weekly site visits.
Should ensure that all projects are running smoothly.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Seeks deposits and clarity around payments
Online payments are managed
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
To be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead To proactively seek and act upon genuine sales leads.
To communicate effectively with the relevant personnel on the company wide team.
Experience in Sales
