Our client is a leading manufacturing company with locations in both Ireland and the UK. We are on the lookout for a Sales Operations/Data Analysis Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Group Sales, the successful candidate will play a key part in the operations of the sales process and will be a critical member of the sales management team.
The ideal candidate will come from an analytical or financial background. Strong analytical skills are a must and experience within B2B sales operations is desirable but not essential.
Manage the interfaces between sales and operations across all sites to ensure that production and sales plans are aligned.
Travel to the company's other sites to ensure the sales operations agenda is uniform throughout the business.
Work closely with key Production and Log Procurement teams to ensure production schedules maximise sales, yield, and profits.
Produce and develop group weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
Manage and optimise the group-wide sales process to enable data-driven performance.
Focus on removing bottlenecks and driving automation and process improvements.
Create a sales operations plan to align with our services with the customer’s journey.
Ensure all invoicing, pricing, and customer terms are maintained and optimised.
Own the ERP/CRM sales administration and setup, ensuring the sales team maintains customer data.
Develop the required sales technology stack that includes sales tools and workflows to enable the delivery of the Group sales strategy.
Relevant third-level degree in data analysis, Business Accounting, Finance or similar.
3+ years of experience in managing data-driven processes within business analytics
Extensive experience using ERP/CRM systems
Ability to travel between sites when needed (Northern Ireland and Scotland)
Process improvement mindset
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel.
