Dynamic Sales Manager required, with experience in managing a team of telesales consultants.
- Day to day management of the internal sales team – a team of 20 outbound telesales agents
- Working closely with all stakeholders to deliver a ‘best in class’ service
- Leading the sales department to achieve sales results agreed with the business
- Work alongside marketing to create innovative solutions and to drive a steady flow of leads into the operation through campaigns
- Manage the operational element of the Recruitment and Selection Process
- Design and deliver best-in-class training programs for new start induction and agent development
- Create a roadmap for succession planning for future management and leadership development
- Develop scripts and visual aids to improve customer experience and sales results
