The Sales Coordinator will support the sales function by:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales team
  • Ensure the sales team have sufficient quantities of sales support material such as product samples, brochures, presentations, data and case studies
  • Maintain an accurate database of account details and report in opportunities and sales using Salesforce.com
  • Produce Sales reports and prepare presentations
  • Evaluate the performance of salespeople
  • Evaluate and track the performance of new enquiries
  • Coordinate monthly sales goals and targets across the team
  • Liaising between the sales department and clients
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure customer’s issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Effectively track the progress of the sales cycle from enquiry to production order.

The success Sales Coordinator will have fluent written and spoken English and German

  • Excellent organisational and IT skills are essential with strong administration
  • Experience using Salesforce as CRM is a distinct advantage
  • Must be able to multi-task, plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines
