The Sales and Marketing Executive requires experience in different areas of marketing to include a strong emphasis on online promotional campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Development of promotional materials for the various business streams
- Online marketing to include website management and optimisation, social media, email and mobile marketing
- Creating and editing Virtual Tours of all properties using specialised software.
- Creating floorplans for all properties for sale using specialised software/apps
- Market research to include ongoing competitor analyses and media watching
- Database management and direct mail campaigns using Mailchimp
- Preparation of sales force presentations to include development of sales packs & customising same for individual sales pitches
- Media Management - booking advertising space in various publicatons, management of weekly paper advertisements & liasing with media
- Writing Press releases relating to new initiatives: e.g. Launch of New Developments, Auctions
- Composing Property Editorials & submitting to newspapers for print
- Image management to include use of software packages e.g. photoshop
- Brochure development - creating brochures for properties for sale.
- Assist in preparing business proposals/reports as powerpoint presentations & word documents
- Liasing with outside companies to produce marketing materials such as graphic designers, printers.
Requirements:
- 3rd level Qualification in Marketing/Graphic Design/Media
- Excellent computer skills essential with strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Motivated individual capable of multi-tasking and capable of working on own initiative
- Experience working with social media platforms
- Experience of design apps such as Canva, photoshop etc.
