Sales & Administrator New Homes - Permanent - Sligo
Our client is seeking a motivated, organised and customer-focused candidate to join our growing New Homes team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the property buying journey.

The successful candidate will support the sales and marketing of new residential developments while providing a professional service to purchasers, developers and all stakeholders. The role combines sales, administration, client relationship management and marketing, with responsibility for guiding purchasers from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative duties associated with the New Homes department, including email correspondence, CRM data management, Excel reporting and general office administration.
  • Respond professionally to telephone, email and in-person enquiries from prospective purchasers.
  • Conduct property viewings and sales appointments for new homes developments, including evening and Saturday appointments as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospective purchasers, including location preferences, budget requirements, funding status and follow-up activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers throughout the sales process, ensuring regular communication and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Liaise with developers, site managers and contractors to respond to purchaser queries and provide accurate property information.
  • Work closely with the Head of New Homes to coordinate successful launches of new developments and sales phases.
  • Assist in preparing show houses, marketing materials, brochures, signage, web listings and promotional content.
  • Update company website, property portals and social media channels with new homes information and marketing content.
  • Coordinate the progression of agreed sales through to completion by liaising with purchasers, developers, solicitors and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure all customer interactions, documentation and records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with purchasers, developers, contractors and colleagues.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver a high-quality client experience.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evening appointments and occasional Saturday work.
  • Full clean driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience within residential property sales, estate agency, new homes sales or a customer-facing sales environment.
  • Current PSRA Licence or a willingness to undertake the required studies to obtain licensing.
  • Experience using property CRM systems and property marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing sales progression and coordinating multiple stakeholders through to completion.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, website content management and social media updates.

Working Requirements
  • Full-time position.
  • Flexibility to attend evening viewings (typically up to 6:30pm) and occasional Saturday appointments.
  • Travel between developments and office locations as required.
