Experienced Sales Support/ Administrator to join a leading car dealership in Mayo.

Responsibilities:

  • Registration of new vehicles in line with manufacturer guidelines and operating standards
  • Expedite weekly/ monthly reports for manufacturers on progress of registrations
  • Application of SEAI Grants
  • Registration of UK Car and Imports
  • Support sales team on vehicle handover and document preparation
  • Coordinate the weekly list price update and the related management of customer special prices.
  • Provide back-office support for the sales representatives and Sales Manager as required.
  • Provide Marketing support with the company website, uploading of imagery of vehicles, integrating these images from third party sites and of vehicles at the dealership.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly IT proficient
  • Excellent attention to detail, achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Time management
  • Experience in the motor industry desirable but not essential
