Experienced Sales Support/ Administrator to join a leading car dealership in Mayo.
- Registration of new vehicles in line with manufacturer guidelines and operating standards
- Expedite weekly/ monthly reports for manufacturers on progress of registrations
- Application of SEAI Grants
- Registration of UK Car and Imports
- Support sales team on vehicle handover and document preparation
- Coordinate the weekly list price update and the related management of customer special prices.
- Provide back-office support for the sales representatives and Sales Manager as required.
- Provide Marketing support with the company website, uploading of imagery of vehicles, integrating these images from third party sites and of vehicles at the dealership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly IT proficient
- Excellent attention to detail, achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.
- Ability to problem solve
- Time management
- Experience in the motor industry desirable but not essential
