Retail Coordinator | Office Based

Our client is looking to hire a Retail Support Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support across the business including stores, warehouse, and head office. This is a full-time permanent role that is based in Cork. This is a broad-scope role and the ideal candidate will have strong administration experience and be particularly strong with Excel.


Key Responsibilities(full job description available upon request)

  • Provide comprehensive IT support and address queries for store teams.

  • Compile and distribute monthly meeting agendas for Retail and Operations teams.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date retail systems, including pricing lists and barcodes.

  • Coordinate marketing support by supplying collateral and POS materials.

  • Efficiently manage stock deliveries in and out of the showroom.

  • Provide insightful category reports to enhance decision-making in stores.

  • Generate weekly sales reports for both retail and concessions.

  • Skillfully manage target spreadsheets for streamlined operations.

  • Maintain and update the Property Master File for effective property management.

Key Requirements

  • Strong administrative experience

  • Highly proficient in Excel

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Knowledge of the retail environment is desirable but not essential

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Generally computer literate and have experience learning new systems
