Our client is looking to hire a Retail Support Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support across the business including stores, warehouse, and head office. This is a full-time permanent role that is based in Cork. This is a broad-scope role and the ideal candidate will have strong administration experience and be particularly strong with Excel.
Key Responsibilities(full job description available upon request)
Provide comprehensive IT support and address queries for store teams.
Compile and distribute monthly meeting agendas for Retail and Operations teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date retail systems, including pricing lists and barcodes.
Coordinate marketing support by supplying collateral and POS materials.
Efficiently manage stock deliveries in and out of the showroom.
Provide insightful category reports to enhance decision-making in stores.
Generate weekly sales reports for both retail and concessions.
Skillfully manage target spreadsheets for streamlined operations.
Maintain and update the Property Master File for effective property management.
Key Requirements
Strong administrative experience
Highly proficient in Excel
Acute attention to detail
Knowledge of the retail environment is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and time management skills
Generally computer literate and have experience learning new systems
