Reservations Agent/Administrator - Clare

Our client is a leader in the hospitality industry and they are currently looking for a Reservations Agent to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This position is based fully onsite and is located outside of Ennis, Co. Clare. Working with the Senior Management and Sales Team, this position will support the maximization of reservations for the business. This position would suit someone with a background in administration or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Answering all reservation enquires via telephone, online and third-party websites.

·       Achieving the best possible room rate and ensuring that budgets are adhered to and sales targets are met.

·       Assisting with Revenue Management.

·       Handling all guest queries in a helpful and timely manner.

·       Updating of the reservation system with all third-party websites, tours, and group bookings daily.

·       Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.

·        Assisting in the reception when the need arises.

Key Requirements:

·       Possess a third-level qualification in Front Office Management or equivalent.

·       Experience with Revenue Management desirable.

·       Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Reservations/Reception/Customer Service or Administrative position.

·       Fidelio Opera experience would be an advantage.

·       Must have excellent communication skills and be highly organised.

·       Excellent computer skills and have efficient and systematic work procedures.
