Regional Sales Manager, Europe

Excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager for Europe to join a global Filtration company for the Biotech and Pharma industry. The role will report to the Sales Director based in the US and can be located anywhere in Europe. It is a newly created role to manage the sales force in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Filtration and have previous sales management experience. 

Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available on request):

  • Hire and develop a Sales team to drive current goals and support future growth.

  • Develop and support the development of Key Account revenue Growth across the Region.

  • Expand the number of targeted Key Accounts in Europe.

  • Assist with setting and tracking Sales targets and KPIs.

  • Coordinate Sales projects to meet deadlines

  • Sales analysis, prepare Sales reports and suggest improvements to Senior Management

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • Practical experience as a Sales Team Manager within the biopharmaceutical industry.

  • A minimum of five (5) years' relevant industry experience in a business-to-business sales environment.

  • Experience with Filtration in the Biotech or Pharma industry

  • Proven line management experience
