This role will involve answering calls, customer queries and dealing with customers face to face. 

You will be responsible to be on the front desk for the clinic. 

You will be required to do additional administrative duties as required. 

You will be required to take payments. 

Requirements: 

Availablity to work October 30th to November 3rd. 

Previous Reception / Administration / Secretary experience. 

Excellent customer service skills. 

Excellent interpersonal skills. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Adept at IT systems, Cliniko preferable. 

Fast typing skills. 

Good telephone manner.
