Receptionist / Administration Support 

Collins McNicholas is delighted to partner with Limerick Twenty Thirty (LTT) DAC in their search for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator. LTT is tasked with planning and developing key strategic sites in Limerick City and County. The Receptionist will report directly to the Head of Administration and will assist all operating senior managers with the administration support activity of LTT. This is a busy and varied role and a great opportunity for an experienced receptionist/administrator to join a multi-faceted team on a 5 year contract. Having experience within Finance or Accounts would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities: (Full job spec available upon request)

  • Managing all incoming telephone calls and direct enquires promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
  • Assist with Procurement including tender administration.
  • Handle high volumes of emails and calls, monitor group email addresses.  
  • Provide administration support to the Head of Administration, Project Managers and CEO.
  • Keep informed on the activity and status of all projects to provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers and the public.

Key Requirments:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role 
  • Energetic and motivated with a positive pro-active approach 
  • Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint experience an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills with consistent attention to detail.
  • Third Level Qualification preferable
