We are working with a leading Multinational based in Offaly and they are looking to hire an enthusiastic and diligent individual to join their team as a Quality Supervisor.
This is Permanent role based in Offaly. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for managing processes and leading projects to maintain and improve the quality system according to the requirements of ISO and other applicable regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day tasks and direction for Quality Technicians/Senior Quality Technicians and Quality Analysts by providing technical support, mentoring, and oversight of assigned duties and objectives.
Responsible for oversight of all product and report pre-previews and releases conducted by Quality Technicians and analysts
Review the current quality system and recommend/implement improvements as needed. Develop analyses and reports on the performance of the quality system.
Leads projects focused on quality systems and service quality improvements.
Leads and supports internal and external quality system audits including regulatory authorities, notified bodies, and customers.
Collaborates with other departments and facilities within the company and quality-related issues.
Job Requirments:
Mimimum 5 Years Experience within a Quality Supervisor/Quality Engineering role.
Third Level Relevant Qualification in the desired field.
Sterilisation Experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Strong Communication and Team Leading Skills.
