Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available on request)
- Act as the Design Assurance representative on Product Development Projects, partnering closely with the Quality Lead.
- Prepare and review test method validation, design verification, and shelf-life protocols and reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product design best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance throughout product design, development, transfer, and commercialisation activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project objectives.
- Provide Quality input for new product development, process improvements, and change control activities.
- Support cross-functional teams in developing protocols to evaluate and test new or modified products against applicable standards.
- Bachelor’s degree (Level 8 NFQ) in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, with 2+ years’ relevant experience.
- Proven ability to work independently on moderately complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong team player with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in medical device product design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
