Key Responsibilities
Qualify new lab equipment and ensure GMP compliant analytical method transfers.
Oversee QC lab documentation, including procedures, protocols, and instructions.
Train fellow analysts on new test methods.
Conduct sample analysis following SOPs.
Collaborate with external labs and manage lab inventories.
Investigate and report on assay deviations and discrepancies.
Engage in CAPAs, Change Controls, and present data to management.
Essential Qualifications
Honors degree in biochemistry, chemistry, biotech, or biopharmaceuticals.
Minimum 3 years in the biotech/pharma sector with hands-on experience in quality labs or assay launches.
Strong experience in bioassays (qPCR, RT-PCR, ELISA).
Proficiency in analytical transfer programs, method validation.
Competencies
Profound knowledge in Analytical Method Development, Validation, and Statistical Quality Control.
Solid grasp of GMP, ICH, and related regulations.
Expertise in root cause analysis, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making.
Proficient in aseptic techniques in labs.
