A large pharmaceutical company based in the West of Galway, are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Executive to join their business on a permanent basis. This company has a broad portfolio and over 30 years’ experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Review batch documentation, from company and TPM’s, including deviation/incident reports
  • Manage complaints receipt and review investigation responses
  • Support the management of the vendor approval system
  • Preparation of technical agreements and confidentiality agreements
  • Prepare annual product quality reviews for third-party manufactured products
  • Review of validation and stability protocols and reports
  • Maintenance of product technical files

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Level 8 Bachelors Degree in a life science or pharmacy discipline
  • 3 – 5 years experience in quality control or quality assurance within a pharma industry
  • Experience working with supplier quality management desirable
  • Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents
