Excellent opportunity for a QA Compliance Specialist to join a leading pharma in Sligo on a 6 month contract. The QA Specialist will have a key focus on gap analysis and will be assessing 10-12 standards as they are created, performing gap assessments and mitigating any gaps.
Overview of your responsibilities
Supports the site Quality System and ensures compliance across all teams.
Promotes Quality Risk Management and supports RCS/FMEA activities.
Conducts quality audits and completes quality-related ERs.
Provides quality guidance and approval for validation activities.
Ensures products meet customer, regulatory, and company standards.
Tracks quality performance, reports key metrics, and escalates major quality issues to management.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
Third-level qualification in Science, Quality, or a related field.
2+ years’ experience in a Quality role.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Pharma QA experience (API or Drug Product preferred).
Experience with quality systems and manufacturing QA.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Able to identify gaps and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
