Property Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Property/Rental Administrator for a well established Real Estate Agent based in Sligo. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday.


As a Property/Rental Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to Company Directors and Sales Agents.

• Managing customer queries and appointments.

• Issuing terms of engagements to Clients.

• Answering the telephone and responding to emails.

• Front of house duties.

• Other Adhoc duties as required.


• Strong office administrative experience.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook.

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Knowledge of social media platforms.
