As a Project Manager, your duties will include:
- Leading projects to transfer and establish technology and manufacturing capabilities.
- Managing a high volume, target-driven, customer-focused Product Value Stream, as assigned.
- Leading CFTs in the identification and implementation of Product Improvement projects (including Reformulations and Product Launches).
- Prioritising, problem-solving, supporting resource management, communication, and risk management of assigned Projects.
- Transferring existing and new diagnostics and commodities.
- Provide a focal point to manage Product Portfolios and assign responsibilities across the manufacturing, technical, and quality organizations to deliver production plans, as applicable.
- Developing innovative approaches to Project Management and having very keen foresight to anticipate activities and events that may cause delays and develop and implement a plan to prevent the delay from occurring.
Requirements
As a Project Manager, you will be required to have:
- 4 years of experience in a similar role /5 years of experience in areas such as Operations, Engineering, Technical Support, Quality, Project Management, R&D, or Supply Chain
- Previous experience working within a highly regulated manufacturing environment with project management skills.
