Project Manager

The Project Manager will join the IT retail department to work on the below projects:

  • XML Project
  • App Enhancement Projects
  • CRM Project
  • Retail Security Project

Key areas of responsibilities will include:

  • Work with reporting team to ensure changes to the tool are appropriately reflected in the reporting
  • Participate in production deployments and participate in post-production validation activities
  • Work closely with the data management team to manage user access
  • Troubleshoot problems associated with applications and cross-platform integrations and track issues
  • Actively and effectively communicates activities and project status to management, executives, end users and colleagues or team members
  • Manages, prioritizes and successfully executes multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision, using well documented project plans
  • Develop standardized processes and procedures designed to ensure the highest level of operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Develop recommendations for resolving operational flow issues and help recommendations
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Work well under pressure
  • Project Management Experience, Waterfall & Agile
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Deliver projects to deadline and within budget
  • Have a keen interest in technology and digital
  • Have ability to be a team player and work on own initiative

Desired, but not required skills & experience:

  • Third Level, Business or Technical Qualification
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong Technical Skills & Knowledge
  • Have a detailed understanding of retail and wholesale and food service business processes
