Project Coordinator - long term contract. Mayo


  • Keep key project documentation and tools complete and up to date.
  • Support Change Manager
  • Coordinate action tracking and responses.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Support team members in execution of data collection and data cleansing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Support Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) review and administration.
  • Support Process Mapping and documentation.
  • Participate in SOP review and administration.
  • Co-develop, schedule and provide basic user training

 

Requirements:

  • 3rd level education with Supply Chain or Business degree or similar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar system. The more SAP experience the more desirable.
