Our client, based in Leixlip is seeking to hire a Project Administrator to cover maternity leave on a 12-month contract with the opportunity for progression.
This is a full-time role working 8-5.
Responsibilities of Project Administrator:
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports, rollups, and KPIs
- Enter data accurately and interpret it for presentation
- Manage various IT systems to support on-site programs
- Assist the Project Manager in delivering high-quality customer service
- Communicate regularly with the program manager
- Remain flexible to accommodate evolving customer requirements
- Document and escalate any project issues or trends
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Assist in coordinating training for new hires
Ideal Project Administrator experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills
- Strong IT/systems experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptionally high attention to detail
