I am currently recruiting for a Program Coordinator to join a leading Healthcare company in Cootehill, Co.Cavan. This is a 12-month temporary contract.
This is a key role responsible for managing all capital projects on the site.
As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following
Capital Business Office
- Coordinate the sites capital portfolio using a systematic process to scope, plan, execute and monitor the capital projects across the site
- Develop and manage program governance and communication with stakeholders and project teams for the capital portfolio
- Create and monitor capital project KPI's
Project Management Office
- Implementing best practice frameworks, controls, governance processes & procedures ensuring compliance with internal & external requirements
- Develop standard methodology & tools for project delivery
- Ensuring consistent project reporting and insights are available to enable fast-paced decision-making
Continuous Improvement
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through defined CI Project Methodologies
- Facilitate sharing of best practice and improvement opportunities
Plant Shutdown Management
- Manage the scoping, planning, execution, wrap up and lessons learned for each plant shutdown
- Manage the plantwide communications for shutdown program
- Ensure risks are identified and mitigations planned
Education Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Finance/Business or 6+ years experience in Manufacturing/Financial/ Quality Operations
Knowledge
- Excellent presentation & documentation skills
- Computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, SAP
- Be either working towards a PM certification or have a certification already
- Possess strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
