Program Coordinator required with very strong administrative background. Contract. Galway

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible to understand the high-level scope of the program and all project/program administrative tasks as it pertains to the program tracking

Liaise with global project managers to ensure that project progress, risk and escalations are communicated and escalated appropriately to program management.  

Savings management system review and alignment with project managers to ensure accuracy of data and status in a timely manner.

Support the creation of project documentation that will be used in program status meetings.

Planning and scheduling of meetings, conferences, teleconferences.

Ensure project team compliance with applicable company guidelines and documentation requirements, including project management methodology documentation.

Complete independent project health check administration as directed by program management.

Support the communication and information flows between global project teams, site project leaders and program management.  

Continuous improvement: Activity engage in process improvement activities within the Program.

 

Requirements

·        Excellent administrative, organisational and business support skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.

·        Excellent communication skills (written & verbal across cultures).

·        Previous project management experience (an advantage).

·        Proficiency in MS Office products, including SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Word, Power Point, and Microsoft Project is required. 

·        In order to interact with sites on different time zones occasional out of hours working required.

·        Ability to coordinate meetings (by phone, video conference and face to face) to drive actions and build relationships.

·        A track record of supporting multifunctional teams.

·        Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.

·        Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

·        Ability to travel globally as required (with advance planning).
