The Production Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a production environment, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role involves leading a team, coordinating workflow, and driving continuous improvement across processes.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities
Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve performance targets
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
Allocate resources effectively to meet production schedules
Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation
