Private Equity Accountant
An exciting opportunity has come our way with our client. Our client is one of the leading employers in the Mid West region and is looking to bring on a Private Equity Accountant for a fixed-term contract. This opportunity would suit someone coming from a practice background and someone who is recently qualified or coming to the final stages of qualification.
Key Responsibilities: (Full job spec available upon request)
Preparation/Review of the valuations for Private Equity Companies/Funds.
Daily client management, review and maintain calls/distributions/shareholders information.
Preparation/Review of the financial statements including consolidation for Private Equity Companies/Funds.
Progress to completion of the audit process for Private Equity Companies/Funds.
Preparation, review & collation of reports for board packs.
Track record in demonstrating knowledge of debits and credits, Financial Statements production, and review.
Ability to interpret legal documents and build calculations around the specifics of the docs.
A track record in optimising system use and automating processes where possible.
Ability to interpret legal documents and build calculations around the specific of the documents.
Exposure to Transfer Agency.
