Part-Qualified Accountant | Hybrid

Our client is a leading organisation that specialises in Medical Sales, Marketing, and Distribution. There is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Part-Qualified Accountant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This hybrid role will undertake daily tasks associated with the accounts department and the incoming Part-Qualified Accountant will be responsible for assisting the Finance Team to ensure management accounts and reports are produced to a high standard of accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and analysis

  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and balance sheet

  • VAT, Intrastat, Vies and CSO returns

  • Work closely with the Company Auditors in preparing annual statutory accounts

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Manage customer finance options

  • Maintain fixed assets register

  • Provide statutory reports

  • Preparation of accounts

  • Generate finance reports and analysis when required

  • General administration as required.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in an accounts role (industry preferred but will also consider practice)

  • Demonstrated professional development in finance qualifications

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (and the wider MS Office package)

  • Experience with SAP would be advantageous but not essential

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
