Our client is a leading organisation that specialises in Medical Sales, Marketing, and Distribution. There is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Part-Qualified Accountant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This hybrid role will undertake daily tasks associated with the accounts department and the incoming Part-Qualified Accountant will be responsible for assisting the Finance Team to ensure management accounts and reports are produced to a high standard of accuracy.
Prepare monthly management accounts and analysis
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and balance sheet
VAT, Intrastat, Vies and CSO returns
Work closely with the Company Auditors in preparing annual statutory accounts
Manage customer finance options
Maintain fixed assets register
Provide statutory reports
Preparation of accounts
Generate finance reports and analysis when required
General administration as required.
Previous experience in an accounts role (industry preferred but will also consider practice)
Demonstrated professional development in finance qualifications
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (and the wider MS Office package)
Experience with SAP would be advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
